- Expert support to the Contracting Authority (Client) in the implementation of the Second Climate Change Sectoral Adaptation Plan for Built and Archaeological Heritage, 2025 (hereafter referred to as BAH-SAP II), and the delivery of specific actions, as laid out in Appendix 1 of the Request for Tender document. For the purposes of this tender, built and archaeological heritage includes: - Archaeological monuments and sites; - Historic settlements and infrastructure; - Historic buildings and other structures; - Cultural landscapes; - Archaeological objects; - Contents and collections; - Underwater Cultural Heritage; BAH-SAP II sets out a five-year strategic vision for the built and archaeological heritage sector and includes a climate strategy and action plan aimed at building adaptive capacity in the sector; reducing its vulnerability to climate change and identifying cross-sectoral opportunities. BAH-SAP II identifies appropriate opportunities for the sector to contribute to climate change mitigation.
