Before you contact us, please make sure you have read:

  • 1) The first login guide (explaining how users of the old eTenders can obtain a new username via the “Forgot your password” link)
  • 2) The user manual
  • 3) And watched the online video walkthroughs

  • These documents are available from the “Help” and “Interactive Walkthroughs” links in the footer of the page.

    If you were a user of the old eTenders but cannot remember your old username, you can still access the old eTenders from the “Relevant links”.

    In case you have followed all the above correctly and verified that you provided a correct old username but still get “Username not found” (instead of new username), then you will need to register again.

    If after reading the above you still have questions on system usage, then you can contact the technical support, via below email or phone.
