The consultation seeks input on the management and maintenance of existing charging infrastructure, integration of future charging assets, back-office and payment solutions, operational and maintenance arrangements, customer support services, service levels, tariff structures, performance monitoring, and the respective responsibilities of the service provider and Tuath. Responses will help inform the development of a sustainable, efficient, and resident-focused EV charging strategy and future procurement approach across the portfolio.
