Tuath Housing Association is undertaking a Preliminary Market Consultation in relation to a potential future procurement for a cloud-based Cost Rental Assessment System. The purpose of the consultation is to obtain market insight to assist Tuath in reviewing and refining its requirements, commercial model and procurement approach. Tuath is particularly interested in understanding the solutions currently available in the market, the extent to which its requirements may be met through standard or configurable functionality, key cost and complexity drivers, appropriate pricing models, implementation considerations, and opportunities to simplify or phase requirements to support a commercially sustainable solution. Interested market participants are invited to complete and submit the Market Consultation Questionnaire provided. Following review of the responses received, Tuath may invite one or more participants to a follow-up discussion and/or product demonstration where it considers that further engagement would provide useful additional market insight.
