Description:
Research Ireland intends to procure and implement a modern Software as a Service based (SaaS) finance system. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) process is to allow it to: • Identify what the market has to offer and understand the capabilities, availability and viability of existing SaaS solutions, particularly in the optional areas described in Part Two. • Obtain indicative costs to determine the budgetary requirements for a solution of the indicated scope, and confirm the business case. • Obtain the information necessary to provide a firm foundation for the next stage of the FMS Project (development and issue of a formal Request for Tenders). Potential Suppliers are invited to complete the questions contained in Part Two of this RFI Document. The information obtained as part of this exercise shall contribute to the development of a subsequent Request for Tenders for a Finance System. As part of the RFI, potential providers are welcome to meet with Sarah Smithwick at Research Ireland to discuss its requirements and describe solutions, products and services of potential interest.
