The Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation is considering initiating a competitive procurement process for Receipt and Investigation of Protected Disclosures Services during 2026. This may result in the establishment of one or more Frameworks, or other contract types, available for use by Public Sector Bodies. As part of the process, the OGP wishes to take soundings from the market as to the provision of Receipt and Investigation of Protected Disclosures Services.
