The Contracting Authority, Tipperary County Council, acting as Lead Local Authority of the newly formed South East Energy Unit, is hosting a Pre-Tender Market Engagement Workshop on 19th February 2025 at 10:00. 4No. Framework Agreements will be established in Tipperary, Carlow/Kilkenny, Wexford and Waterford Local Authorities for a minimum of 3 years. A minimum of 5 economic operators comprising the following disciplines: Project Management / Employer Representative Services (including but not limited to Project Management and Reporting from Design-Works-Completion, Commissioning, Assigned Certifier services as defined under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2015); Mechanical/Electrical Design Services (including but not limited to design of HVAC, Lighting, BMS, Solar PV, Biomass, Heat Pumps); Architectural Design Services (including but not limited to design of Fabric Upgrades, Glazing Upgrades); Quantity Surveying Services; Civil and Structural Design Services; PSDP; and additional ancillary disciplines / specialists which may also be utilised in the Initial Contract or under this Framework. The objectives of this webinar are to: 1. Raise awareness and ensure framework publication timelines align with industry capacity 2. Gather feedback from industry to inform inclusive evaluation criteria to provide all economic operators an opportunity to participate on this framework.
