- The Department of Transport (DoT) in consultation with Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland (ZEVI) is seeking views from the market to understand the nature, structure, capacity, and capability of the market to - (i) Design, supply, construct, install and commission fast/rapid DC chargers (ii) Operate, maintain, monitor and report on an EV charging network of fast/rapid DC chargers including all back-office and customer contact centre functions. (iii) Understand existing contractual arrangements between landowners and CPOs where the CPO is installing charge points on 3rd party lands for a minimum specified period i.e. 10 years
