- Description:
- To support the continued growth and development of Car Parking services, Dublin Airport is seeking to commence a competitive procurement process to replace / upgrade the current Car Park Management System. The current system has been in place since 2006 and has had a series of upgrades but is approaching the end of life with the imminent need to move to the next generation of equipment and software. We envision that the new system will be capable of seamlessly integrating with key existing services, partners and infrastructure within Dublin Airport over the next 10 to 15 years (subject to change), especially with our car park reservation management system that is supplied and managed by Aeroparker. daa is seeking an enterprise level Car Parking Management solutions partner that: a. can support a fully automated car parking management system that can control the allocation of car spaces of a very large number of customers which includes pre-book, short-term, membership-based bookings. b. will provide robust and reliable hardware to manage the on-the-ground operation of traffic flow and access management. c. has a proven track record in providing enterprise level parking management solutions to an organization of the size, scale and complexity of daa. Completing and returning the questionnaire, will contribute to the development of the daa Car Park Management Services sourcing strategy. daa would appreciate your response before 1st July 2024 at 17:30. All responses and queries in relation to this document should be submitted electronically via eTenders (www.etenders.gov.ie). (in PDF/Word format).
