daa BU are currently using a claims management system which provides the following: 1. Claims Management software system which allows for but not limited to, reserving, document control/upload, etc 2. Integration with daa Financial Oracle system to generate payments. 3. Analysis of financial data including: Triangulation; separation of specific cost elements e.g. settlements, legal fees etc., closed claims analysis etc. Ability upload / down load from / to Excel for analysis and for bulk updating of system records. 4. Analysis of financial and non-financial data to assist with monthly reporting. 5. The ability to create customisable reports and dashboards Ability to host support newly developed daa Insurance and Claims Knowledge Hub which is a web based information site for internal employee access which needs to be maintained and updated yearly which allows for ongoing maintenance and updating As the system has been in place for some time, daa is approaching the market to review current options and any latest technologies available in the marketplace. daa will be organising a tender in the coming months.
