Coillte intend to run a competitive procurement process for the provision of Camera and Surveillance Services for the Coillte Estate.
Coillte is issuing this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to gather information and market feedback that will help inform the proposed approach Coillte will take in tendering for Security and Surveillance Services.
The key objectives of this market sounding exercise are as follows:
(i) To establish the nature, structure and capacity of the market to deliver the provision of Camera and Surveillance Services to Coillte;
(ii) To identify any obstacles or risk factors associated with the delivery of Camera and Surveillance Services to Coillte;
(iii) To identify any points of concern to Small and Medium Enterprises (“SMEs”) and how the
tender process may be structured to facilitate SME participation; and
