At a time of significant change for the organisation there is a need to develop leadership across all functions and levels with this Market Consultation facilitating a process of engagement with providers to better understand respective requirements and offerings. The purpose of this Market Consultation document is to provide prospective candidates with background information on the likely intended scope of requirements for leadership development interventions over a period of approximately three years and to seek feedback that will assist IÉ in developing its understanding of how the market may respond to the requirement. This Market Consultation document is being issued as part of a market sounding exercise by IÉ in advance of a planned procurement competition.
