Description:
To Construct 4m wide cross country running track/path within overall lands at Milford Athletic Club to a an approximate length of 800 Metres and to include top surface of track/path to be blue blinding dust or other equivalent on broken stone hardcore to a min. depth of 600mm, compacted in layers, on mesh membrane to entire width and length of running track/path to consolidate ground on min. T1000 non-woven Terram or other equal approved 'Geotextile' Material laid on ground and overlapped to min. 600mm at all ends and laid to slopes to increase surface water run-off from path to edge of all paths and into land drains and/or natural soak away seepage. All existing wooded areas, trees, tree stumps, roots, etc.. within the track/path proposed area to be felled, stripped, branched, cut and removed to area on site suitable to Milford AC Club. All Tree Roots to be dug-out, excessive vegetation and subsoil removed and roots turned upside down and embedded into ground, compacted using mechanical/propelled machinery in order to consolidate into the ground and form level clean working area in preparation for large boulder stones to be transported to Site, tipped and leveled all along proposed pathway areas. All works to tree roots to be completed to remove and alleviate future growth and remain away and out of path/track area (and all necessary measures to be put in place for same during works) for the entire length and width of Cross Country Running Track/Path. Works to include installing Land Drains within Site Area at a distance of 25000mm c/c's or approximate to remove all surface water entering site and area and to discharge to the nearby 'Maggies' Burn and to make sure all drains are free flowing and sloping towards outlet areas and to include oil/grease trap interceptors prior to final discharge. All Proposed works to be confirmed prior to commencement of any works on site.
