- The Contracting Authority is issuing this request for applications to participate in order to establish Panels for the provision of ad hoc ambulance services to transfer low and medium acuity patients between healthcare facilities (the “Panel”) for use by the Panel Clients. In summary, the Services comprise the provision of: (i) Ad hoc ambulance services to transfer low and medium acuity patients between healthcare facilities in accordance with Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council’s standards (the “PHECC Standards”); and, or, (ii) Dedicated ambulance services, within a specific geographic area or attached to a specific facility, to transfer low and medium acuity patients between healthcare facilities in accordance with PHECC Standards. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be divided into 8 lots (each a “Lot”) as described in the Tender Documentation. Each Lot will result in a establishment of a separate Panel.
