- ST BRIGIDS NS LIMERICK INVITES TENDERS FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED CHARTERED BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY PRACTICES TO ACT AS DESIGN TEAM LEAD FOR WORKS APPROVED UNDER THE CLIMATE ACTION SUMMER WORKS SCHEME CATEGORY 4. THE PROJECT INCLUDES UPGRADES TO HEATING SYSTEMS DOMESTIC WATER SERVICES ELECTRICAL INSTALATIONS BUILDING MANAGEMENT CONTROLS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS. THE APPONTED CONSULTANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGN SPECIFICATION TENDERING CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION INCLUDING COORDINATION OF A MULTIDISCIPLINARY DESIGN TEAM AS REQUIRED.
