- This Request for Proposals (RFP) is published to invite suitable training/consulting organisations to provide proposals for educating food and drink businesses about best use of AI across all functions as well as to support the broader sector with a report on “use cases” across the industry. This activity will be funded by member companies of Food Drink Ireland Skillnet and grant assistance from Skillnet Ireland Ltd, through the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science. Funding for the Food Drink Ireland Skillnet is confirmed on an annual basis; therefore, the initial contract will be for the period 2026 with the option to extend to December 2029.
