- Clare County Council has been granted provisional funding under the Housing Infrastructure Investment Fund (HIIF) for a residential road scheme at Claureen, Ennis, Co. Clare. This involves the construction of an enabling road from the previously granted and soon to be constructed Claureen Link Road Phase 1 (LIHAF) between the N85 and junction of Drumcliffe Road Lees Road to facilitate an initial development of in excess of 200 number housing units with scope for development for a significant number of housing units on surrounding benefitting lands.
