It is important to note that as part of licence conditions the Council are required to submit the following to the EPA on an annual basis and is a statutory requirement. Landfill consultancy, report preparation, annual monitoring returns, environmental performance reporting, slope stability and landfill gas surveys at Whiteriver, Drogheda and Dundalk landfills.
