- The Contracting Authority invites tenders for the construction and development of an Outdoor Rehabilitation Space at Clontarf Hospital. The project comprises the provision of accessible therapeutic, recreational and biodiversity-enhancing features, including but not limited to: • Rehabilitation exercise loop • Resin-bound gravel pathways • Wet-pour safety surfacing • Artificial grass putting green • Recreational activity areas • Native tree and hedgerow planting • Biodiversity and wildflower planting areas • Seating and rest areas • Site furniture and ancillary equipment • Associated landscape and civil works The successful Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision and associated services necessary to complete the works
