Description:
Establishment of multiple supplier framework agreement for the provision of expert Advisory Services in 4 Lots to support SEAI’s District Heat and Decarbonised Heat Teams. The objective of this CfT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish a multiple party framework (4 Lots) of consultant advisors to support SEAI in the delivery of district heat enabling supports, decarbonised heat and bioenergy supports, and SEAI’s functions into relation fund development and administration for district heat. The CfT is issued with the objective to establish frameworks of experts comprised of the following Lots. Lot 1: Research, Policy and Strategy Supports to SEAI  Lot 2: Technical Advisors for District Heating Supports to Project Sponsors  Lot 3: Non-Technical Advisors for District Heating Supports to Project Sponsors Lot 4: District Heating Project appraisal and fund development For further information, please see the competition workspace at https://www.etenders.gov.ie
