- Butler Gallery invites tenders from economic operators for the provision of café concession services located on the ground floor of Butler Gallery, Evans' Home, John's Quay, Kilkenny. Butler Gallery is a not-for-profit, museum accredited gallery presenting contemporary exhibitions, a permanent collection, events and a learning and engagement programme. The café provides an important visitor amenity and includes indoor seating, outdoor garden seating, glass pods, a fitted kitchen and service counter. The successful operator will work collaboratively with the gallery on visitor experience, events, venue hire and promotional opportunities. The gallery welcomes sustainable proposals, starting small with a view to grow and providing a quality simple food and beverage offering.
