Description:
The Services comprise of Replacement, supply and installation of One No. CSSD 1 HVAC system (AHU and associated Heat Pump located at roof level adjacent to Plant room MECH 4) This work will include all associated alterations and modifications required to the existing piping ducting and electrical connection at roof level. The project will include BMS modifications including new BMS control strategy, revised graphics, data logging of sensors and interface into the existing BMS system infrastructure.
