CMETB are seeking tenders for: Fabric and Heating System Upgrades at Castleblayney Youth Reach Drumillard Big Castleblayney Co. Monaghan. Building Fabric and Window upgrade and replacement to the entire two storey Youthreach centre in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Works include Internal drylining system installation replacement aluminum triple glazed windows and doors reconfiguration of joinery to allow for full internal drylining installation Full heating system and distribution network upgrade and replacement. A site visit is mandatory for this tender competition to ensure Tenderers are familiar with the site and the works requirements. Please refer to tender documents for further details.
