Description:
The development consists of the circa 2,000 m2 refurbishment of a disused café (Limestone Café) into corporate offices, relocation of the ‘West’ plant room with installation of all new plant at roof level, roof repairs, toilet and welfare upgrade, conversion of Marsh Bar to ancillary queuing area and ancillary works. All works will take place in a live airport terminal building, with all airport operations continuing uninterrupted throughout the construction period.
