Description:
This tender is seeking a supplier to develop a set of digital tools that will help community and voluntary organisations improve how they collect, manage, and use data. The project focuses on creating practical systems that support organisations in tracking their work, measuring outcomes, and using information more effectively to improve planning and service delivery. The successful supplier will work closely with groups of participating organisations to understand their current processes, identify needs, and design tools that are easy to use and relevant to their day-to-day operations. The work will involve reviewing existing data practices, developing and testing prototype systems, refining the tools based on feedback, and supporting organisations during implementation.
