Description:
The project comprises the careful refurbishment, conservation, and extension of the existing Adare Village Hall, a designated protected structure of significant architectural and cultural heritage value. The works are designed to preserve and enhance the historic character of the building while upgrading its functionality to meet contemporary community needs. The refurbishment element includes the repair, restoration, and retention of original architectural features, including masonry walls, roof structure, fenestration, and internal finishes, in accordance with best conservation practices.
