- The purpose of this engagement is to undertake a structured programme of health and social care research, needs assessment, international benchmarking, and service planning to inform the future development of services for people with disabilities in County Kerry and the surrounding hinterland. The successful Tenderer will undertake research and analysis to identify current and future service needs across the region, examine international best practice models for comparable services, and develop a range of evidence-based options for the provision and organisation of services associated with the SMOA campus and the wider community. The work will include analysis of demographic trends, demand for services, accessibility and geographic considerations, service delivery models, and economic and financial feasibility. The outputs will support SJOGCS in identifying potential pathways for the future provision of integrated, person-centred disability and community services.
