The Services comprise: A managed service that brings multiple systems under a managed SLA. A dedicated Senior Software Developer to enable continuous and ongoing maintenance and interventions as required. We envisage that this developer would be the same individual. Project-based professional services on an ad-hoc basis based on a rate card to activate projects and tasks
