Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified multimedia filmmaker to produce a short video documentary, including time-lapse photography footage and drone footage, on the construction and opening of the Narrow Water Bridge project, its construction and erection process, the brief history of the area and the communities within the area. The location and layout of the site is shown in Appendix A. The appointed filmmaker shall work under the direction of a Project Engineer and Cross Border Oversight Board
