"Replacement and upgrade of Existing Primary LV Switchgear currently serving the entire campus - Replacement of the Existing Generator Plant, Oil Storage Tank and assoc. Mains Cabling. - Change-over of existing mains cabling from existing LV Panels to New Main Switchgear Equipment - De-energise + Re-energise of power to campus buildings to allow mains cable change-overs. - Required out of hours works and phasing to accommodate power downs and cable changeovers. - Attendance to each building after power down and change-over to ensure normal operation. - Demolition of an existing storeroom and construction of 2 new ‘small’ storerooms. - Demolition and rebuild of an existing boundary wall of approximately 25 linear meters. - External cabling trenching, plinths and other general builders works associated with the above works."
