Description:
This competition relates to the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for the provision of a cloud-based Veterinary Clinical Assessment and Competency Tracking Software Platform. The appointed Economic Operator will be eligible to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework. This requirement arises in support of the Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVMS) programme at ATU, Sligo Campus, which is scheduled to commence in September 2026. The platform will be used to support medical and clinical assessment of veterinary students, ensuring accurate competency tracking, high-quality feedback, and compliance with professional standards.
