Dublin City Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for projects within Dublin City Council’s Administrative Area. The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for an Architectural Led Integrated Design Team for the Cromcastle Phase 2 Residential Mixed Tenure Development. It is anticipated that the projects within the framework scope may include projects with a varied construction value ranging from €25m to €500million. The services to be procured under the framework will include, but are not limited to, design team services for the following: - New Build, Deep Retrofit and Infill development. - Mixed Tenure Housing Projects incl. affordable purchase, cost rental and social housing. - Demolition and Enabling Works - Experience with Protected Structures and conservation works - Associated public realm precinct improvements - Mixed use developments and non-residential elements - Medium to high density housing schemes - Experience of Design and Build and Traditional Procurement - Experience of Modern Methods of Construction - Utility planning Contracts under this framework will be awarded for some or all of CWMF stages (i) to (v) depending on project requirements. Design team services will be required to accommodate both Design and Build and Traditional Public Works Contracts e.g. Employer Led Design.
