Following completion of the evaluation process, the highest-scoring tenderer shall be awarded a Term Maintenance Contract (PW-CF11 v1.5). The works will generally involve the provision of all necessary personnel, materials, plant, and equipment to carry out mechanical maintenance and associated small works. Typical works may include mechanical and building services maintenance such as boilers, flue systems, heating circuits, and associated mechanical installations. The HSE gives no guarantee in respect of the volume, value, or frequency of works, nor the number of personnel required at any time. The contractor may be appointed, where required, as Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) and/or Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, as amended or replaced from time to time. Tenderers should note that additional projects of this nature may arise during the lifetime of the Contract. Any additional resources required to deliver such projects shall be separate from, and additional to, those proposed for routine maintenance activities, and shall be provided to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority.
