The HSE is seeking expressions of interest for a single party Provider for the Provision of an Online Grant Application and Award Management Software Solution, which will include An off the shelf software application requiring minimal customisation Hosting of the application Capacity to support over 4,000 users, without operating on a per user pricing model Design and implementation of the application to meet HSE Spark’s business requirements, including a defined period of hyper care Ongoing application development and operational support and Redesign and development to meet future requirements, including the integration of emerging technologies.
