- Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for 2027-2030. The following are the main elements Road Resurfacing and Reinstatement using bituminous materials (asphaltic concrete, HRA, Clause 942) of roadways including localised repairs of the associated roadway. This activity main involve some of the following work elements: •Road Planing •Sealing Joints •Anti-skid Surfacing •Coloured surfacing •Laying of geogrids •GPR survey •Ramps •Adjusting Ironworks (including gullies and chambers) •Geo-referencing information are to the Irish Geographic Project ITM (EP59:2157) •Development of the Traffic Management Plan and its implementation •Temporary or Permanent Road Markings of the associated roadways •Public Relations •Investigation of Services •Noise and Vibration Control This list is not exhaustive and will include other small works as required under the scope of the framework or works of a similar nature within the expertise of the chosen contractors. Stage 1: Applicants will be initially shortlisted based on the assessment of their submitted Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. Depending on the number of submissions received and subject to passing the minimum criteria, it is intended to allow the ten (10 no.) highest scoring suitably qualified applicants through to Stage 2. Stage 2: : Pre-qualified Applicants from Stage 1 will be invited to tender for inclusion on the Framework. At this stage, Tenderers will be asked to tender at Stage 2 when a bona fide resurfacing project becomes available. The tenders will be evaluated using the award criteria established in the tender documents. The tenders will be ranked and the highest scoring tenderers will be admitted onto the Framework Agreement provided a sufficient number of suitable tenderers are available. Dublin City Council intend to admit a maximum of eight number tenderers to the Framework and a minimum of three tenderers will be appointed.
