The service includes the provision of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water services, wastewater services, wastewater pumping, water treatment and many more mechanical services in the building portfolio of the Office of Public Works within each lot area. Works and projects can be fitout, extension, new build, refurbishment or maintenance in nature.
