Scope of Works: The scope of works to be delivered under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Site clearance and site preparation works • Foundations and associated substructure works • Supply, fabrication, and erection of a steel portal frame structure, including external cladding • Electrical installations and associated services • Rainwater goods, guttering, and surface water drainage • Appointment and fulfilment of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) duties in accordance with statutory requirements
