The project includes: A Full Electrical upgrade to IS 10101 and DoE TGDs, LED lighting upgrade with daylight/absence controls, ICT cabling upgrade, Cavity and attic insulation upgrade, Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) integration, EV charging infrastructure and Bike shelter installation.
