St Mary's CBS Primary, Clonmel invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the provision of consultancy services associated with the Climate Action and Electrical Works (CASWS Cat. 3) approved by the Dept. of Education The school comprises approx. 1530m2 across multiple construction phases (1963, 1986, 2009). The project includes: A Full Electrical upgrade to IS 10101 and DoE TGDs, LED lighting upgrade with daylight/absence controls, ICT cabling upgrade, Cavity and attic insulation upgrade, Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) integration, EV charging infrastructure and Bike shelter installation.
