Upgrade to interior fixtures and fittings Upgrade existing protected doors to fire required fire rating New doors New windows New compartment floors New Roof structure, lining and insulation New joinery and ironmongery New floor finishes Reconfiguration of existing spaces New kitchen units and appliances Construct new access stairs Flushing and clearing existing sewer and surface water systems Protection of all existing protected finishes including but not limited to, architraves, skirting, windows, doors, shutters, stairs, handrails etc..
