All meals are to be prepared off-site and delivered to each service location in advance of the agreed serving time, ready for immediate consumption. The successful contractor will be required to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and appropriate presentation of meals. The contractor will also work with Depaul Ireland to establish the most efficient distribution system for each location. A high-quality, flexible, and responsive service is expected, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. It is intended to award a single contract, subject to the availability of annual funding.
