- The Health and Safety Authority are seeking the provision of Technical Recruitment Services for permanent, fixed term and temporary roles across a range of departments and divisions within the Contracting Authority. For payroll purposes please note the following: • Permanent placements will be paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll. • Fixed-term placements will in the main be fixed-term contract placements paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll. However, from time to time on an exceptional and adhoc basis the Contracting Authority may have a requirement for fixed-term agency resources. These fixed-term agency resources would be employed and paid directly by the Technical Recruitment agency. • Temporary Agency resources will be employed and paid directly by the Technical Recruitment agency awarded the call-off contract. Throughout this document fixed-term placements will be defined as fixed-term contract placements and applies where the placement is employed and paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll or fixed-term agency and applies where the resources would be employed and paid through the Technical Recruitment agency’s payroll. The scope of the framework agreement is to successfully deliver (1) The proactive design and implementation of targeted talent sourcing and attraction strategies and tactics as set out in Section 3.3.1 that will lead to the successful recruitment and placement of the right candidates with the right skills and experience to the right roles at the Contracting Authority; and (2) the suite of Technical Recruitment solutions and services as set down in Section 3.3.2, or a range of these services as requested, that will underpin successful Technical Recruitment of these candidates. (3) The appointment and placement of the identified successful candidates. Full list of requirements are contained within the tender documents. Tenderers must associate themselves in order to access the tender documents, ask and receive queries and submit a tender response.
