- Provision of a full maintenance and management service for the Dodder Valley Park Pavilion, ensuring operational continuity, statutory compliance, and lifecycle asset management. The Contractor will be responsible for the inspection, servicing, repair, and certification of all building systems, including: • Fire and Safety Systems: fire alarm, emergency lighting, intruder alarm, disabled refuge alarm, fall arrest system. • Mechanical and Electrical Systems: Building Management System (BMS), underfloor heating, air-to-water heat pump, heat recovery unit, booster and recirculation pumps. • Water Systems: cold water storage tank, water heaters, sanitary fittings, Legionella testing and compliance. • Building Fabric and Finishes: doors, ironmongery, carpentry, roofing, cladding, insulation, internal finishes. • Access and Security: access control, automatic doors, CCTV interface where required. • General Services: cleaning, waste management, consumables replenishment, minor repairs. The Contractor shall provide a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programme in line with statutory requirements and manufacturer’s recommendations, emergency call-out services, seasonal maintenance checks (winter/summer), reporting (monthly progress reports, annual audits), and full compliance records. All services must be delivered with value for money, sustainability, and efficiency, ensuring that the Pavilion remains safe, compliant, and functional for community use. Site visits to view the site facilities at Dodder Valley Park Pavillion will be facilitated on the 15th October 2025 from 14:00 to 14:30.
