Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT) is seeking to procure specialist recruitment services to support the sourcing and appointment of executive-level positions within the Institute. Given the strategic importance of these roles, the objective is to secure a recruitment partner with proven expertise in identifying and attracting high-calibre leaders who will contribute to the continued growth, innovation, and success of IADT. The selected service provider will be expected to: Undertake targeted executive search activities, leveraging professional networks, industry knowledge, and market intelligence to identify suitable candidates. Advise on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive positioning to ensure IADT remains aligned with sector benchmarks. Manage all aspects of the recruitment process professionally and confidentially, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
