The proposed enabling works are being undertaken to facilitate a future construction contract for the redevelopment of the existing school campus. The enabling works will primarily consist of electrical service diversions around the footprint of the proposed new building. They will also include the provision of a new ESB sub-station and customer switch room. Ducting diversion works will be carried out through areas of existing hard and soft landscaping, with all affected areas to be fully reinstated upon completion. All works will be carried out within a live campus environment and will need to be carefully sequenced to ensure that the school remains safe, fully operational, and accessible throughout the duration of the enabling
