In summary, the Services comprise of the provision of design and editorial services for its biannual The Gallery magazine for the period 2026–2029. The Gallery magazine is the official membership and stakeholder publication of the Gallery, featuring original articles, exhibition highlights, scholarly contributions, and related content. This contract covers all editorial planning, writing, editing, graphic design, and layout for two issues per year (Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter) over a four-year period. (A separate procurement process will be conducted for printing services.)
