The service primarily involves the electronic (cashless) collection of fees from patrons at multiple car parks and enforcement of parking policy through audits and the issue of fines and/or clamping. Fee collection will primarily be using a smart phone via application or QR code link to a webpage and associated cloud database and transaction processing which will be provided as part of the service.
