Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision and support of an Eircode API and related services for the National Electoral Registration System. The requirement is for an Eircode API to be used on both the back-office application and public facing portal. An initial contract for the provision of an Eircode API (or similar) service with support will be awarded for a period of two (2) years covering the development and implementation of the System, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority.
