Discover Limerick DAC is seeking a robust, user-friendly, and scalable booking system to manage reservations and ticketing at its visitor locations: King John’s Castle, Lough Gur, and Adare Heritage Centre. The system must enable independent site management while supporting cross-site selling, visitor traffic management, ticketing, events, and commercial activities. The selected vendor will provide an integrated booking solution that enhances visitor experiences, improves operational efficiency, and supports revenue growth. Key requirements include multi-channel sales (online, onsite, trade partners), API connectivity for reseller integration, reporting tools, customer relationship management (CRM), and support for gift vouchers and retail add-ons. The system must also be scalable to accommodate future sites and adaptable to industry needs, ensuring seamless implementation and long-term sustainability.
