Tenderer must demonstrate compliant glass choice with tender return. The Tenderer must demonstrate ventilation compliance through calculations with tender return. The Tenderer must demonstrate compliance with Department of Education Technical Guidance Documents with tender return. Technical Guidance Document 021 1a Summer Works Scheme Window Replacement Primary and Post Primary Schools 1st Edition April 2015. Works on site will start on Wednesday 25th June 2025 and will have to be completed on site, no later, than by COB Tuesday 27th August 2025. The works involve the replacement of a 127 Windows including 2 external doors.
