The successful tenderer will be required to provide a comprehensive catering service to the school community with a breakfast and lunch funded under School Meals Scheme (see 4.1.4.1 for more details), and a dinner (see 4.1.4.2 for more details) paid for separately by the students. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider. Meals offered under the School Meals Scheme through the Department of Social Protection (DSP) are dependent on the level of DSP funding approved for 2025/26 school year.
